Do you offer a walk-in service?

Consultations with our doctors and nurse are by appointment only!

However it may be possible to offer you an appointment at very short notice, especially in an emergency.

How do I make an appointment?

Phone our front desk on (021) 4821280 and arrange an appointment time to suit you. The exact time you require is not always guaranteed but we will offer the next best available slot.

Online Appointments – You can also request an appointment on this website. One of our reception staff will contact you during normal surgery hours on the phone number you entered to confirm an appointment time. Your appointment will not be made until a member of staff has made contact with you to confirm the date and time with you.

Social Welfare Certificates

If you require a social welfare certificate please note that a certificate cannot be forward dated. Your PPS number is required before the practice can issue you with a certificate. Please note that social welfare certificates will not be issued after 5pm. We will require two working days notice and Photo ID will be required also.

Requesting Repeat Prescriptions

For reasons of safety when requesting a repeat prescription please note:

· Verbal request/phone requests will no longer be accepted for safety reasons.

· Your Doctor will give you a list of current medication, please mark clearly on this list which medicines you require.
· We aim to complete your request within 48 hours, but would appreciate 5 working days notice.
· Please direct any queries or comments to your own doctor.

Sick Certificates

If you require a sick cert for work a consultation is required before Cert can be issued. Please give 2 days notice to the practice to prepare it.
